The Avian & Exotics service at Avets is available to evaluate, diagnose, and treat all non-traditional species, including (but not limited to): amphibians (cecilians, frogs, salamanders, toads), birds (budgerigars/parakeets, cockatiels, cockatoos, chickens, finches, lovebirds, macaws, toucans), fish (fresh, saltwater) small mammals (chinchillas, guinea pigs, ferrets, rabbits, prairie dogs, sugar gliders), reptiles (lizards, snakes, turtles, tortoises), and invertebrates (hermit crabs, scorpions, tarantulas).
